Oops - silly me. Since there are multiple virtual servers on that host,
it can't tell which one you want if you connect to the IP address.

Yes, until the routing is fixed it will work 50% of the time
since there are two IP addresses and only one is routed correctly.
My apologies and I hope my ISP will be able to fix it soon.
