pseudo constructor meeting

There WILL BE a pseudoconstructor meeting after the 2:00 tuesday meeting to
settle the visibility and smalltalk invokation problem.  Those directly addressed
here (dean, ravi, markm, heh) are to attend.  Others are disivited in order
to encourage rapid settlement.  Opinions should be discussed with attendees
prior to the meeting if YOU are religous about the subject (and not attending).
