I agree with your objection. I did not mention in my proposal that we
should probably keep Revert Forward and Revert on the File menu so
that they seem like standard 'file' operations. Only users that
notice that Revert is undoable will observe the difference. I don't
mind adding mild surprises in situations in which the user would
otherwise be out in the cold.
